Alphagen Materials Technology lost an investor law suit this week.
It is the first of many law suits and criminal charges being brought against AMT and Matt Merchant.

Approximately 20 investors joined together to sue AMT for their investment money to be returned per written agreement (promissory notes).

The total sum value of the court loss is about $800,000. If the company can not pay Matt Merchant will be personally liable for the money.

This is only the first of many law suits pending against Alphagen Materials Technology and Matt Merchant.

Investors across the country are preparing to sue and press criminal charges against Alphagen Materials Technology and Matt Merchant
