First I have a contract which offered a role which was funded and verified by Michael Fidler and Dan Curtis and your HR representative. Also I have in emails and writing and voice recordings of where your company stated that I have the job and to turn other companies down which I had offers and that this offer at HVH would pay 30-40 hours a week OT and that I would be foolish to not take this role. Since I have all documentation I did do what Michael Fidler stated and took the job at HVH which was supposed to start originally 1/27/2014 and was moved and Michael promised and guaranteed it would start at Ft worth no later than 2/10/2014. Also I had to wait by the phone for weeks which I showed on a spreadsheet which I was told you have. I attached it again and trust me I am not playing around and will move forward if we cannot come to a settlement since I took this job and turned down roles which I would have started on 2/10/2014... Also my attorney have reviewed the documentation, emails and also verbal conversations. Again I want to work this out fairly and Michael stated in my conversations and in email that I deserve compensation since he did admit to stating I had the job and that the delay was they directors at Parker all wanted me in their area.

 

Please let me know by tomorrow what type of settlement you propose. Again I will use a polygraph for all who testify as well as other legal methods toward your business if this settlement is not agreed upon. In addition Dan did state that the company is working to make a fair settlement to me

 

Also I would appreciate that your emails state fact, truth since you stated false information above.. Brooks Wiltshire's Costs for Job Offer at Ft Worth I was offered a position at Ft Worth and completed a 100% background check to start originally on 1/27/2014 in which I had other offers which I turned down since I was told by Altair that I 100% have the job and to be ready to relocate within a week. So below are the expenses, the time I spent (updating resume, answering questions to recruiters, answering to numerous people on background check, orientation, working and signing, printing and faxing at my own expense hiring documents to accept role at Parker in Ft Worth. Then after start date moved over two weeks I was hand cuffed to my phone speaking with Michael Fidler, Dan Curtis, Creighton VanHorn to wait for a phone call from Parker since three directors all wanted me and I could only work one role. Again I kept asking and all is documented on email and phone calls from Altair that I had the job 100% and the call is to determine which of the three areas I will work at and start NLT 2/10/2014 in which the situation would require 20 plus hour a week overtime (they were very unorganized and way behind schedule), so As stated above I turned down all other offers and now need compensation which legally should be one year with benefits and overtime (which all jobs were one year contract with per-diem, benefits  and overtime), so below is the breakdown and expected amount each week until Altair can place me with same (cost of living can move rate higher) or higher year contract work with per-diem. This activity for this role started 12/11/2013 in which my effort started 2/21/2014Weekly pay check starting 2.24.13 and continuing each week until Altair has another job that actually starts.
