I was not impressed with the tea they sent so I sent it back like they asked to get a refund for my unused portion and specifically wrote them I do not authorize them to charge my account again. I emailed them to let me know when they receive it and the amount my card would be credited back.
Two weeks and many unanswered emails later my account was debited for $19.99. I also that day received an email saying my card has been refunded from them. They list a phone # but it only directs you to the email address that they rarely answer. There is no person you can talk to and the emails do not directly answer your questions. I feel violated that they are able to take money out of my account with out permission. This is CRAZY!!!!
