Alternative Telemarketing, Inc. Did not honor their agreement to telemarket for our business Providence Rhode Island

Marie from Alternative Telemarketing contacted me on numerous occasions trying to pitch me on her company telemarketing for ours. The offer really was too good to be true. For a $750 test run they would call through a list of 5000 to try to set appointments for me for 60 days. Because I've run a call center before for my company, I made this easy by sending them everything they could possibly need to do a good job. 30 days went by and no leads. I wrote requesting a refund and they told me that they were sorry, that somehow I had "fallen through the cracks", and that I would receive a report the following week. Three weeks later, no report, and I again requested a refund. One week later I get a list of 1250 names in an Excel spreadsheet with No Answer, Not Interested, etc., in the "Results" column. Yeah, okay, they think I am an idiot. I requested a refund again and was this time informed that they don't give refunds.
