We were first contacted by this company via email on Fri 12/5/2008 at 3:49 PM. Once we sent in our $750 company check (1/2/09) to Alternative Telemarketing we never received any work for the payment. Not even a call list, script,-nothing! We were never able to speak with Marie Foster (fosters.marie9@gmail.com and Marie@AlternativeTelemarketing.com) again nor did this company ever do any work. Absoltely none.

Marie Foster (Toll Free 888-835-6472) and her boss (& co-owner), John, turned our campaign over to Dei Makenna who, in-turn handed our campaign off to Christina. Who, refused to give her last name or physical street address (warning sign). Christina's email was list@mrktgdata.com & we noticed her phone number was from the Los Angeles, Calif. area. When questioned Christina's said her phone # was voip at 714-887-8126 or to reach her via yahoo messenger at tm.leads1. Christina said her # was Los Angeles based but she was physically on the east coast. Her canned reply every 6 days for over a month's time was, "she didn't have our calling list as of yet but promised to begin calling right away."

From the get-go this company was aloof to basic telemarketing campaign SOPs (warning sign) + slow to email back and only used the phone up to the point where they got our $$. After that, they hardly ever used the phone to speak direct again. We had to call them- they never returned our calls.. Even the font types and sizes were all mis-matched in their doc/forms attachments (unprofessional looking) as if they had been clipped & pasted/modified many times over (a warning sign). The same week (1/9/09) our CK was cashed by them, consumer web complaints started to appear.

As of 1/27/09 we discovered there are many others across the country that have been victimized by these con-women/ men. These people know what they are doing. Alternative Telemarketing has patterned its criminal ways identical to other marketing scammers like: Carissa Sanders aka: Superior Telemarketing, Americas Best Telemarketing Company, I believe these companies are all one-and the same gang of thieves. This ring of bandits appear to be one-step ahead of the law. Contact your State Attorney General & complain. State Atty Generals claim they need multiple complaints & a pattern before they can start an investigation. Victims in FLA, NY, MA, NJ, have started to come forth (per various consumer complaint web sites).

Attention Victims!- you must get involved and help stop these thieves!! Who knows, they might be running these confidence scams to fund God knows what. By crossing over State lines to perpetrate these crimes, they are committing felonies and maybe mail fraud. The original 12/5/08 email sent by Alternative telemarketing read: "From: Marie Foster fosters.marie9@gmail.com/ Dated: Fri, 05 Dec 2008 12:06:19 -0400/ Subject: Pay Per Sale Telemarketing & 30 Days FREE LAST DAY30 Days FREE Telemarketing - We will call an entire 30 days FREE.
