Altisource, Ocewn, GoHoming, Altisource Homes - Breech of Contract

Beware: the above mentioned are all the same place and claim they have no phone numbers and hold very little licensing and hire only individuals without any knowledge of appropriate business practices.  They cannot get BBB certification and are well known for ripping off earnest monies. Also they only conduct business "after" banking hours so nobody can check or verify they have done what they claimed.

They force you to sign paperwork with the promise of relocation assistance to vacate in a timely fashion and then refuse to pay the money making the families homeless without any way to move into a different home.  In the document you are required to accept their terms of non-liability for "injury or death" which might occur from moving out.

Foreclosed on home and gave 10 days to vacate premises which included a bedridden family member.  Finally agreed to give 30 days and only a portion of the relocation assistance that is recommended.  Family was out on required day but per professional opinion has been waiting in the driveway for inspection by Altisource and the relocation monies.

So far the family who have been homeless for over a week, in the still snowing Michigan weather as well as the bedridden individual who is getting sicker every day because Altisource refuses to inspect the home and turn over the check so the family can relocate.  They have been here upwards x4 to take pictures of the property and family members and all bring a different story with them.  Altisource is guilty of breech of contract, instrumental in causing severe pain and suffering to the family and if the sick family member continues to have to sit outdoors in the sub-freezing temps they may not have a chance to survive.

They have promised to return our calls x60 and never returned a single one.  They claim they have no phone number or any other way to contact any one that can do anything.  Floor cleaners/maintenance answer all phone calls, don't route you to the right extension (with no phones) and then cut you off.

Michelle has yet to bother to reply to the numerous requests, guess for over 250k annually she can just play with her tinker toys instead of answering calls and handling business.  She does not have a phone either.  No emails are ever answered and any messages are deleted without being checked.

Every individual that we can talk to knows nothing, says they will email someone and that's where it ends. Beware: If they give you a check to hold onto the keys until the check clears.
