Waited hour and a half before locksmith showed. In the meantime, I called the company back 3 times to find out what was going on. I was given same response: "he's on his way", with little info offered regarding rate I would be charged. Once "locksmith" arrived, he drove up in a vehicle with California plates (and business is located in Phoenix?).
"Locksmith" appeared all of 16 years old, dressed like a gang member. He reported his delay was caused by being sick/vomitting. (Hang over?) He was still willing to pick my lock for the low, discounted rate of $125. from the original $265. No thanks, I told him.
I called another company. They arrived in 1/2 hour and charged $75. A complaint has been filed with BBB, but their response: the company has confirmed it is out of business. Oh really?
