#3 Consumer Comment

State of Illinois A.G.

AUTHOR: Vicki - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, February 10, 2003

I received a letter from the Office of Attorney General State of Illinois, today. They advise me that they have sent a copy of my complaint to Alyon Technologies.

I urge everyone to follow up with their complaints. Do not give up, it is just a matter of time before we get rid of these people and others like them.

Do go out and purchase that box of invoices and continue billing this company. Bill for; the many hours spent trying to clean this mess up, bill for the amount you spend sending your kid to counseling, heck bill for the counseling you needed, stress due to Alyon terrorizing you and your family members.

Alyon we did not ask for your services. But you are asking for ours and you will receive a detailed invoice from me. I do expect payments in full for services rendered. Your company practices are unacceptable. We are going to fight you. It is ILLEGAL for you to download adult trash to teenagers and children.

Alyon Technologies are organized criminals, child endangering, computer hackers, breaking Children Online Privacy Protection Act law

Vicki,

Now you are thinking like a Consumer Advocate!

I like that idea!

I suspect no one in your home did anything wrong. Yes you can hit the wrong PROMPT and the software will download and hijack your computer. You only have to hit a prompt once, even in error and it still installs.

Alyon Technologies, why did you put your advertising on Kazaa.com which is primarily a child/teenage website?

Because you are targeting children like I have said from the beginning.

Integrel, Inc and eBillit, Inc did the same thing until thousands complained to the FTC and they were found guilty of 'slamming' and fined $1.6 M.

A self-installing piece of software put into anyone's computer without consent is Fraud. The software overrides many primary programs in your computer including your dial-up connection.

Alyon Technologies is pushing pornography onto minors and other unknowing individuals then billing it to the phone number in an attempt to avoid the issue of who they trapped.

Maria McAllister, Stephane Touboul, and Tina Whitfield where are your morals? Do you realize that in the end you never really get away with anything? What goes around comes around. I would rather have heard about something good and kind you had done in your community, instead of being connected to criminal fraud. Do you have any idea what hurt you have caused nationwide to consumers, officials in Georgia, New Jersey and elsewhere?

Alyon Technologies does not want to let anyone off the hook. They are trying to rip off as many people as possible before the FTC files charges and serves them a court supena.

They may be fined a couple million dollars. However, they make $50 million and do not get jail time? Good odds for a (censored)I would say. Maybe Homeland Security will get their first big case!

This NOCREDIT 'pornography' website has to stop.

You do not have to prove anything to these criminals.

To protect you for now I recommend:

Write a Certified letter with return receipt to Alyon Technologies disputing the charges.

Alyon Technologies, Private/Closely Held Company

Individual's Name: Tina Whitfield controller

Street Address: 5555 Triangle Parkway, Norcross, Georgia

*USCI, Inc.5555 Triangle Parkway, Suite 200 (same address as Alyon)

*AmericomOnline.com listed as a Telephone Company (same address as Alyon)

Alyon Technologies main office is right next door to WWORtv UPN Channel 9 in Secaucus, New Jersey.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Its time to move in on this so-called company. Its time to fight fire with fire!

AUTHOR: Vicki - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, January 31, 2003

These people have no verification of age or permission to drop their "drive by" down loads onto our property. Although, no one gave them permission, they are billing us because they say we gave permission. Where is their proof that we agreed to anything?

I say we all go to the nearest office supply store and purchase a Box of Invoices and start billing them and threatening them with collections for services rendered - after all we have all spent a lot of time trying to get this matter resolved. I say we put them on the receiving end let them prove they didn't ask for our services. How you like this idea Greg?
