Alyon Technologies, Inc. ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing dishonest ripoffs PO Box 923299 Georgia .....

I received a collection letter from Accounts Receivable Technologies saying, " that I owe $15.57 to Alyon Technologies.." for services.

I nor anyone in my family ever used or heard of this company before plus I have a porn block on my computer so it is impossible for anyone to receive anything from this X-rated site.

I have all intentions to contact the Attorney General of the State of Connecticut, Mr. Bloomenthal, and my lawyer to sue for almost breaking up a family.

Alyon Technologies Stephane Touboul, Maria McAllister ,Tina Whitfield working with criminals, child endangering, computer hackers, breaking COPPA law

AUTHOR: Gregory - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, January 28, 2003

01-29-03

I suspect no one in your home did anything wrong and my narrative will explain why.

These criminals have no conscience and are targeting children.

Maria McAllister of Alyon Technologies says that any parent that allows their child to accidently or intentionally enter an 'adult website' does not utilize parental controls. 'So therefore, the parent allowed the minor child to surf adult sites and as long as it didn't cost money then it was okay.' Those are her words.

Then McAllister goes on to say, 'the Internet is an ADULT tool and has never been meant for children.' I think the rest of the country might disagree on that point!

Alyon Technologies, why did you put your advertising on Kazaa.com which is primarily a child/teenage website?

Because you are targeting children like I've said from the beginning. I went to Kazaa when I was writing this yesterday for another report. It was my first visit to this site. I wanted to see for myself if it was a teen site and it is. I got a lot of pop-up ads, nothing that was an obvious adult one.

So, I disconnected from the internet ran my NortonWorks program and found some changes had been made to my Windows registry. I ran a Virus scan also and nothing showed up.

However, when I reconnected to the Internet and opened Internet Explorer I got an Adult pop-up that opened and asked if I was 18 and did I want to go to an Adult site with a provocative dressed woman's picture.

Unbelievable!

I had cleared all my cache and cookies prior to going back to the Internet and that prompt was still on my hard drive.

This is the first and last time I will go to http://www.kazaa.com because it was the only website that I had gone to prior to exiting the Internet.

Ms. McAllister says that the dialer software causing a virus is a total fabrication.
Like hell it's a fabrication! You got it wrong I said the Mini-dailer is the VIRUS!

Ms. McAllister says that The Electronic Group and Alyon has a Microsoft Trusted publisher certificate for this software. 'That means that Microsoft has inspected this software and has found it contains no viruses and is a valid piece of software and authenicated by Microsoft.' (her words)

If it looks like a virus, smells like a virus and acts like a virus, it's a VIRUS!

On that note my settings require that I be notified if my dial-up is being switched. The box that says 'Ask before switching Dial-Up connections has always been check marked.' So this software defeated that as well.

Integrel, Inc and eBillit, Inc said the same thing until thousands complained to the FTC and they were found guilty of 'slamming' and fined $1.6 M. It took the FTC 2 years. I don't feel like waiting another two years to get an answer to the same criminal behavior.

A self installing piece of software being put into anyone's computer without consent is NOT acceptable. I don't care who you think you got your approval from Alyon!

Microsoft may have said something about the software. Probably not in the context you are using it in.

Further, anyone that uses Microsoft products knows they require constant patches and product modifications. But, this is not about Microsoft.

This is about a company named Alyon Technologies pushing pornography onto minors and other unknowing individuals then billing it to the phone number in an attempt to avoid the issue of who they trapped.

This company is criminal.

Ms. McAllister, Stephane Touboul, and Tina Whitfield are Child-Endangering, Law-Breaking, Just-Gotta-Make-A-Buck-Off-Some-Sucker-At-Any-Cost kind of people.

Any parent who sends in their child's birth certificate to this company to try to get charges removed are putting themselves in jeopardy. Next they will want your family tree.

Alyon Technologies is not a government agency and cannot demand a copy of a birth certificate.

Even if a minor lies about their age a contract with a minor is still invalid.

Alyon Technologies wants people to prove there is a minor in their home. No one has to prove there is a minor in their home. In fact, this adds to the Invasion of Privacy issue.

You don't have to prove anything to these criminals.

A MINOR CANNOT ENTER INTO A BINDING CONTRACT!

To protect you for now I recommend the following:

Write a Certified letter with return receipt to Alyon Technologies disputing the charges. This is very important because it establishes a record of your dispute. Also, call 201-865-7600 the number to Alyon in New Jersey and tell them that you deny all knowledge of anyone using their website'.

Then I suggest you do the following:

1. Go to Attorney General's website for your state and file a complaint.
