Amanda Boyle known as the horse businesses listed above, is witnessed to have participated in unethical, inhumane treatment of horses, and has in my opinion used those horses to play upon the sympathy of others and draw them into a scam.

She has obtained large amounts of money and services in regards to these unethical practices that she has never repaid, nor made attempts to repay. She has sold horses obtained the money, and never provided the horse to the buyer. She has leased a horse for breeding purposes and never produced the breeding. She has charged stud fees and has not always produced the semen or resulting foal. She has promoted a stallion free of a specific genetic disorder when in fact he has produced a foal affected by that genetic disorder. This stallion has been reported by her partner Gordon DeMoss as bred to many mares for 2010 foals and it has been denied that he has such a disorder. In rebuttal under the name of Gordon DeMoss it has been claimed that several stallions bred the mare with the affected foal, when this was not true.

In addition she has a history of neglecting horses in Woodbury county, Iowa in which she was charged and convicted. Also has been charged with neglecting a large number of horses in Harrison county Iowa and received a suspended sentance.

Amanda Boyle has been permanently suspended from the Arabian Horse Association. Yet continues to breed Arabian horses although she cannot register horses.

She has been suspected as advertising horses for sale, training services, boarding services and stud services on Dream Horse or Sioux City Craig's list. Under the partner of Gordon Demoss, horses have been advertised as being at Akron Iowa, or Jefferson South Dakota when in fact the horses have been seen at her Sioux City Iowa Location. The horses have been reported as sold to Mr. Demoss and as being trained for work horses when they remain at her known address and have not as of this date been registered to Mr. Demoss.

Amanda to this very day owes people large amounts of money and is apparently still breeding and trying to carry on a horse business. Her court records reflect many brushes with the law. It has been reported that the health and well being of the horses is still being monitored. It is possible the neglect issues have not been resolved.

I would like those interested in Arabian horses to know, the issues do not rest with the quality of the horses, but with the activity of the breeder. In my opinion completely unethical and sometimes illegal.

Is now operating a non profit

AUTHOR: a watcher - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, July 13, 2012

Ms. Boyle is now operating a non profit organization called Infinite Aspiration Inc.  http://www.infiniteaspiration.com/

Knowing her past MO it is an attempt to fleece money from others for her own personal gain.  She is a con artist and very very convincing with her lies.  She'll make you think this money is for others but it is not.  She has been expelled from the Arabian Horse Association so it is possible she is going to go by another name or switch breeds and attempt to obtain horses again.

Beware.

Include in this report a suspected fradulent company called AAZ Arabians, claimed to be owned by Anthony Fischer or Tony Fischer or a woman named Angie from Sioux City Iowa. Iowa requires that businesses be registered and this one is not. Horses are being advertised as sold with registration application, which due to the 2008 explusion from the Arabian Horse Association they are not eligable for registration through that registry. These horses are located by Stone Park in Sioux City, Iowa from the property where the woman Amanda Boyle was last known to be residing. Amanda Boyle's property has been foreclosed on and she has been evicted. The horses remain without consent of the property owner.
