Neglect IS abuse. But Amber and Michael Tilley of Parker County Texas don't seem to understand that. These low-lives sent their child to school filthy. They didn't care to make sure that their 8 year old was practicing good hygiene.
The teachers, realizing that this child was a victim of parental neglect, tried to do the right thing. They bathed the child and talked to him about the importance of good hygiene. How do these scum bag parents thank them? They file a lawsuit! Some people just shouldn't be allowed to reproduce.

First of all, posting real names poses a risk for the child. I'm not sure how you could get around that since you wanted to name the parents.
Second, this is a consumer rip off website. I don't think your post is really appropriate here.
Lastly, but most importantly, why didn't the teachers just contact child protective services? Surely that was a better and more legal solution. This couldn't have been the first time the child arrived at school this way. I believe that teachers and school nurses are obligated to report things like this.
