I would like to lodge a formal complaint against the whole of AMC Mortgage services.I have had my mortgage with two other companies and didn't have half the problems with both of them together as I've had with AMC.
First of all is there is the problem I have of paying April's (example) payment on the 16th and it's considered late and I get dinged a fee.If the payment for that month is made in that month it should not be late.

Then I get behind on one payment and you can't just take that one payment,you have to have that one and the next month's also.As soon as I can I'm going to go with another mortgage company as I am tired of paying for the Ameriquest racing team.
