ANY TAKERS FOR A CLASS ACTION SUIT?

Back in April of 2006, they stated the payment made was late, yet they deducted it from our account before the late date and they have record of doing so. They reported it to the Credit Reporting Agencies as late. I called them and they said they would correct,WHICH THEY HAVE NOT DONE.

July 2006; they deducted two payments from our account(one on Friday, July 7th 2006 and one on Monday, July 10th 2006) both payments with same check number 1097. Yet they have no record and we are two months behind, as far as their records show(which by the way are correct in their computer!), but not on the web site amcmortgage.com; inwhich you can check your payment and account history.

Talked to numerous idiots, inwhich they told me to fax over; at my cost, long distance; copies of our bank statements. Now how stupid a I? To send them all the information they need to verify and pull any monies out, at any time of their choice, to them?!?!?! I talked to many rude, ignorant and under-educated scum, they have working for them; for them to inform me that I must do this or they will put my house in FORECLOSURE.

Hey, stupid try it. I bet any attroney would love this case, much less a judge. I have record howing we are current to date on the mortgage, seeing that they have pulled out double payments. I bet if I wait a day and call back I will be current; even though their computer system is always correct. I told the arrogant witch on the phone, have me served with papers for FORCLOSURE. And I will have her job.

I just love how some companies think that they can take people that are in a rough spot in life and ruin them even more. Unfortunately, for AMC I have obtained we have climbed the mountain of crap, to be in a better area and time for our financial well being. And guess what? I refuse to be treated with disconcern, disrespect, and as trash, but a company that has numerous concerns behind their closed doors. I wait with baited breath for the FORECLOSURE papers to come. Advice for any other homeowners, dealing with these corrupt corporations; contact your local media, and better business bureau. Let's put this company down, before they can hurt anyone else.

DO WE HAVE ANY TAKES FOR A CLASS ACTION SUIT?

Hi Stacy,

Have you considered starting out by just refinancing to get away from AMC? The reason that I suggest this, is that by entering into a lawsuit, there is (unfortunately) no telling what Ameriquest would do in the meantime.

Being in the industry, I can tell you that my company will go by YOUR BANKING RECORDS before the mortgage company or any of the 3 credit bureau reports. For instance, if you can PROVE that you aren't late (or, as late as they SAY you are), and we can substantiate your claims, more than likely we can help you dramatically improve your situation and get your sanity back as well :)!

Please let me know if I can help!
