AMDG, Inc. AMDG IS A RIPOFF AND SHOULD BE PROSECUTED! Atlanta Georgia

I paid for a spot in a class with AMDG for railroad conductor training in February 2007.After waiting for several months for the class to start I started checking into canceling the class and getting my money back($4500.00).I have contacts with CSX railroad that had told me that they would no longer be using the school for training and would be doing it themselves at their CSX Tilford Yard readiness center.I called several people including Glenn Barnes and the financial department employee Pam Schubert to discuss applying for tuition reimbursement and they sent me a letter to fill out requesting refund of all money paid to AMDG per their contract.

After sending the request back in they sent out a letter on November 23,2007 discussing how CSX put them in a bad position financially and that their lawyers had advised them of a repayment program that needed to be agreed upon to ensure that they would not have to file bankruptcy and everyone's money would be repaid.The plan said that a payment of $500.00 would be made within 5 days of receiving the signed agreement.Another payment of $500 would be made before 12-30-2007,$700 would be paid by 1-30-2008,$1000 by 2-29-2008 and the remaining balance would be paid by 3-30-2008.This all included a full refund of $4500.00,interest of 7.5% on money sent to AMDG from the date they received it and an additional payment of $300.

AMDG made a few of the payments and only one of them according to their own repayment schedule and then stopped sending payment altogether.I talked with Pam Schubert numerous times and she told me that alot of people were going through this and then it became impossible to get in touch with her.I started calling and e-mailing Lance Duncan and communicated with him several times with the last time being 6-17-2008.I have also filed a complaint with the Georgia Better Business Bereau and they have also not been able to find them.

I will gladly be a part of a class action lawsuit if anyone is interested and has the means to put these crooks in a courtroom!
