AMDG, Mr. Greg Morse AMDG rips me off!!! Atlanta Georgia

On June 28, 2007 I sent a check for $4500.00 to AMDG in Atlanta, Georgia, which was the school which offered conductor training for the CSX Railroad. At the time, the only way to get a job with CSX was to go through the training program offered by AMDG which cost forty-five hundred dollars up front. Upon receiving my check of $4500.00, I received an e-mail from AMDG stating that my check had gotten to them and that I was scheduled for the next class.

However, the company has apparently since gone out of business as CSX no longer deals with them. In March 2008, I threatened to get a lawyer, I received a refund agreement from Greg Morse of AMDG. In the agreement I was to get two hundred dollars of my money back as soon as the contract was returned and then varoius increments after that until all money had been returned by September 30, 2008.

In the agreement I signed I was instructed that I could not seek legal action or other means of getting my money back unless the agreement was broken. After sending the contract back late March 2008 and not receiving the initial $200.00 check I attempted to contact Mr. Morse. I have attempted to contact him for the past six months to no avail. I have left numerous voice mails on Mr. Morse's cell phone and repeatedly sent him e-mails.

I've been in contact with several other victims of AMDG through www.railroad.net. I would suggest anyone interested in going to that site and reading the various horror stories about AMDG. I would be more than interested in taking my story to the media or court. If interested in doing so, please feel free to contact me. Perhaps if we have enough people ban together, our voices will be heard and we will finally see our refunds!
