This company fraudulently alleges that it has 10,000 members ready to buy/finance your real estate. That is a misrepresentation as on a different site they are "counting" their increase in membership. It is under 10,000. They charge you $495.00 for a useless CD and 92 useless pieces of paper. They don't honor they 3 day refund policy.

Don't allow them to rip you off!!

Wow, then you really did get ripped off. For $495.00, I got a 232 page training manual, a 72 page short sale guide, an Internet directory, a system guide, a system coach, an audio CD spoken by a Real Estate professional of 26 years, a lifetime membership to deal submissions, a support line to help any time I get stuck, a great hands Real Estate course, and the knowledge to know how to successfully locate, analyze and get a property under an agreement for purchase.......I believe Investors are looking at your deals, NOT MEMBERS........I can see why YOU need a refund.....
