Ameri Credit ripoff high interest rate rude customer service Arlington Texas

Ameri Credit has been a nightmare. This loan was not initially mine, I had cosingned the person stoped making payments and all the suden I find out they had made me the primary on the loan. When the loan was not being paid by the person, Ameri Credit's collection dep. made some very insulting threatening call that I which I had recorded. In order to save my credit I ended up paying this car and bringin it to date. Once I started getting billing statements I was shocked to find out the rate is 16% and I don't know what type of loan this is but most of the payment goes towards interest making this car way upsidedown to even refinance. To top things off I have to time payments just right because they charge interest in a daily basis, meaning that the longer between payments the less of the payment goes to principle. I do not get this type of loan, all other car loans I've had in the past every time you make a payment you can see a difference not here. Please help!!!!!!!
