Ameri-Source Publications ripoff Champlain New York

Someone from Ameri-Source Publications called offering 2 years of Business to Business listing. We were billed $289.95 and received a receipt paid in full. This was in 2000. In October 2002, the sent us a bill for 299.95, saying this was the balance due for the 2 years of the listing. They were also supposed to send us the listing. But we did not receive it.
Now they have sent us a final notice for the $299.95 due. But my receipt clearly shows the amount was paid in full with no balance due. I have tried several times to reach someone in their office, but have been unable to reach anyone.
Please be cautious when accepting phone solicitation!
