AMERI TRUST FINANCIAL 2 hundred $'s was withdrawn from my account and when i tried to cancel i was told i couldn't get my money and was hung up on,when i asked 4 a supervisor. DUNEDIN Florida

a rep.from this company played a recorded message with my voice, saying that i agreed to these terms. first of all if you tell me i can not get my money back i'm not going to agree to anything. without the recording i told the person who called me that someone should verify with to see if i was still interested,i received no such call.

200 dollars was taken out of my account, when i called to find out why, the lady told me my money was not refundable if i cancelled.so i asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me she was the supervisor. she did not say my money was non refundale until after she cancelled. she would not give her name or someone over her.

at that point i no choice but to keep the account or lose my money. she said something real fast and hung up on me. when i tried to call back the line was unavailable. ther has to be something i can do to get my money back and to stop these people from getting away wiyh these criminal tactics.
