 I received a fax and shared it with my husband. It was for a vacation package for 5 days and 4 nights for a hotel stay in Hawaii, Dominican Republic, Puerto Vallarta, etc. We contact the company and the representative Bryan James says there are only 2 different packages left. One for two people and one for a family of 4. We were planning to get the trip to use for our honeymoon so we choose the pack for 2 people. I told him I wanted to get the information so I could share the information with my husband and have him call him back. He tells me it is first come first serve and he can not guarantee it would be available when he called back. I told him well if it is not then it wasn't meant to be. I pass off the number and agents name to my husband and he calls the gentlemen back and books the trip.

He tells him to wait 15- 20 minutes and they will email the information and his payment confirmation. When it doesn't come he calls the company back and then they send it right away. Once we get the email we try to call the number they give for the Customer Service number 1-844-259-2101. There is no answer so he calls the number back and the lady at the number says that they are on Eastern time and they are now closed. So Monday morning comes and we call the Customer Service number and a supposive Receptionist answers and says "All agents are busy can I get your CT number and an phone number and an agent will call you back.." After an hour goes by and no phone call we try to call again. Now the number just rings and no one will pick up.

I guess they caller ID your number after they've scammed you and do not answer your number after they have your money. Tuesday Feb 29 and same thing no answer at the Customer Service number. My husband tried all day and nothing. So this morning he asks me to call and I start calling the number and no one picked up for me as well. When I call 1-844-859-2101 someone picks up and says they will transfer me to Customer Service they put me on hold for 47 mins and never come back. I contacted the business and pretended to be a new customer and they have me the same spill about a 2 person or 4 person package left. When I let the guy know I am on to him he hangs up. Just as the other report said they record you saying that it is non refundable, but you did not sell me what you told me what I was purchasing!
