America West Airlines, US Airways ripoff inconvenience, nearly left me stranded out of state, does not reply to my certified mail Phoenix Arizona

I am getting ripped off and I could sure use help. Please.I flew to California to visit family in October 2005 and these companies are all giving me the run around even after I sent certified letters with all the details of the injustice. I flew multiple carriers and connecting flights. My problems began on my return trip. All the carrier were very helpful and resolved the problem except America West.

America West ticket agent saw my reservation on the plane but said he could not let me on the plane without a paper ticket. One of the prior ticket agents must have torn out this ticket in a prior flight. I showed them all the receipt of it being paid as well as the email itineary and confirmation of purchase. I was forced to purchase another ticket or be stranded in California. I had to pay to sit in the same sit I prepaid.

I thought they'd be helpful once I arrive back home but such has not been the case. I would love to show you all my emails,receipts, and flight ticket information that proves my claim. I was charged an extra $600 dollars to sit on the same seat I already had a reservation for! I have paid twice for the same seat and cannot receive my money back. Robbery! I tried contacting the credit card company MBNA that I used to purchase my flight, but they too give the run around. I sent letters certified mail and America West has never replied.
