American Capital Funding llc ACF Fraudulent funeral assignment form Newport News Virginia

My Father passed away in Alexandria, Va in 2015. The day of the funeral Jeffries funeral director called me at the hotel and said that I had to sign a beneficiary claim form from Genworth life insurance company and a funeral contact too pay half of the funeral amount. I told them once i get the check I would send them the money. I get a letter in the mail from The funeral home with a assignment form that stated that i requested American capital funding as my POA of my insurance policy. I've never heard of this company. I contacted them and told them i never signed any revocable assignment form. I have the assignment form and someone Forged my signature. I look on their website and saw that the for had to be stamped with a notary public and commission stamp or it's not valid. Please help me get my money thar my deceased father left me.
