American Capital Revitalization Group Jeff Lawerence 1st Contact Person Contacted me about Loan Modifcation since Wells Fargo had turned us down Beverly Hills California

Wells Fargo holds the mortgage on our home. Loan is a adjustable rate and payment has kept going up. My wife Billie Helland is the holder of the loan,and was turned down two times by Wells Fargo.so she just gave in.Her only income is her S/S of approx $1500 per month,however I am the provider to the household account since I have a fair retirement income

. After she gave up I got involved and made contact with A.C.  Jeff Lawrence was my first contact person and told me that they could get us a loan modification and would cost us $3600.00 in 4 payments of $900.00 due around the middle of the month and each month would call and wanted to know if they could take their payment.to which we had agreed to.

The 5th month came up and we got a call asking to take the 4th payment to which my spouse said no ,you already got the 4th,but two days later when she checked her bank statement another $900.00 had been taken so now the total is $4500.00

.I contacted Mr Todd Evans the Mgr and he told me to call  Ryan Christianson a accountant and after several calls he answered,told me the funds had been removed from their bank but had no idea where the funds went.To date we have not got our money returned to our account nor have they answered our calls.

However we have been told that our loan modification has been approved and are on a 3 month trial and once completed our payment would go down another few $$$ but could not tell us how much. I am of the belief that Wells Fargo is just as crooked as Amercian Capital since we sent American Capital the same paper work that Wells Fargo requested and then turned us down.
