american car center American car center king I am the victim. The company sold me a car that had already been in an accident. I bought the car two weeks before christmas 2013.  memphis Tennessee

 I bought a car from American Car Center December 2013 two weeks before Christmas. The car had a jerk to it but I thought that Maybe it was bad gas. After that Gs ran ut I filled it up with new gas. Yhe slight jerk stayed there still. A week later the whole transmission fried in the car. No lights came on indicating a problem or anything. They had me to take the car to Auto Nation GM dealership. They rebuilt te transmission kept the car for over 7 days. I asked the American Car Center for a loaner car and they said no even though I have full insurance. The reason he don't lend cars is because he lend a personal friend a car who does not have a car loan or anything with the company and they wrecked the car. Not my problem! So from there when I got the car back the car would crank only when it wanted to. Another machanic and auto nation said that the car was having electrical problems. I went bacl to American Car Center. The moved over this one one and then told me it was the battery that it was gone. I have not changed the battery because it was not the battery. The auto nation machanic told me that the wild shaking that m feeling while driving to stop is coming from the left side that the car had been in an accident before and sold to me. This has been a very bad experience for me. They have the car and terminated the lease and said that they would not give me the car back or trade me  one. My plans are to get them in court and get my money bck. Bad business, bad customer srevice all the way around. When you wondering on the dealings how many car sales to do hook up.
