American Car Connection They made it easy to rip me off by overchargeing me Lancster California

They always say that they could have fixed any problems with the car but when you tell them that you have a problem they say its your problem and after you fix the problem and you find out that the problem keeps comming back evey month and when you get tired off paying payments on a car and you want to payoff the balance on the car they will tack on more money and if you are not keep track of your records of all your payments they will try to get more money then they were intidal to have.


I've made payments for one year on this car that I have and I wanted to make sure everytime that I made a payment by checking the balance on the car and on the last time that I checked it was 3200 estament number and three month latter I asked for a payoff and they told me that my payoff wasa over 4000.


They were really bad on coustmer service and if the car run when you drive off and braksdown you will not get their help untell after you fix the big problem and made a payment and then they will say that they could have helped me but they only say that to get your payment. They also said that they will report all my payments on my TRW so that it will look good to other ceditors but guss what they didnt and when you miss one payment after spending all your money to fix the car they call you theaten you with reporting a bad mark on your TRW and they will not report anything good about you but theywill report bad.

I asked them why they dont report good payments I was told that they dont do that so now that I paid my car payments 14months and I m 12 days late the called to tell me that after I spend all the money to repair the car they want the car.
