11/18 2 boys came selling magazines, this time to benefits veterans hospital. i liked that...$190.00 worth. after  they left i looked at papers and not what i ordered. next am i called number on back and was told to fax to serve as cancel. spoke with scott. said he would put in basket for ceo.l 2 weeks no money. called, paper still in basket. this went on until christmas. i spoke with everyone in office. debra, scott, finally carla then mr, ferrell who said he would go to wal-mart and get me a money order and send me my money. MLK holiday came and went no check, debra would not speak with me, scott rude, mr. ferrell pretended to be his brother in another state and but would have him call me back. that was 3 weeks ago. no check. i called the BBB they were told he fired everyone and he could be reached at 904 657 7112 but he wont answer me. he had until 2=11 to respond. 
i also contacted the office of the indiana attorney general to see what they can do.  this man is taking the consumers money and living high on the hog and getting by with it.  i am tired of senior and not so senior being run over and i personally would like to see justice done for this individual and $190.00 for me is just a drop in the bucket for the angush he has caused me for 3 months while he travels to florida on the consumers money. i think he needs to be put out of business and put in a 4x10 cell for fraud and pay every last one of the consumers back every last dime plus++++.

my next step is to go to the tv stations in my state and his and plaster his name all over the news and tell everyone what a swindler he is.   Justice will be done some how some day...we may not see it but the wicked never win in the long run.   I AM ANGRY.
