THese guys are incredible!! our company is a small business and used ACCPC as credit card processing company. one time after 48hours our money did not hit the bank, we called them, they said they hold it, and will hold it for a year for 'security reason'. now a year passed, when i called them, they hung up on me, told me to sue them, threaten to call the police for 'hassling them', but will not give me my money. totally $6800, a lot money for a small business like us, but I will spend as much money i could afford to sue them down!!!

This merchant was selling Computer Systems.
Their Funds were held because of numerous Chargeback / Retrieval requests leading ACCPC to have reason to believe that there may be some type of fraud involved.
While American Credit Card was trying to work with this Merchant to resolve these issues, the Merchants phone was dis-connected for some reason and we could not reach Dan In Spotswood.
In July 2004, all monies were returned to this Merchant.
In August 2004, Dan in Spotswood sent a cancellation notice to ACCPC to have his account with the company closed.
His account was closed on 8-25-2004.
One year later and after the fact. Dan from Spotswood decided to file his report in July, 2005.
American Credit Card Processing Corp. / ACCPC has an "A" rating with The Better Business Bureau in 2014.
