*Consumer Comment: This is a scam. Call the credit card company and cancel the payment
I was contacted at work by American Credit Services stating Western Sky was going to have me arrested if I didn't make arrangements to pay them over 2000.00. Ms Hobbs stated she give me until 1:00 est to call her back with a credit card number for bi-weekly payments. I of course complied because I have never been arrested and never want to be. ACS called my job stating the FBI was investigating me. I was very upset and did what they asked but when I asked them to send me a copy of the arrangements and confirmation of payment arrangements, they would not comply yet they still take payment out of my account. So right now they are taking money for payments but will send me no confirmation.

This is a scam. Call the credit card company and cancel the payment

You will need to change your credit card number and cancel the payment with your credit card company. No legitimate collections agency calls the employer telling them that you are under investigation by the FBI. Right there that is a huge red flag.
After you cancel the payment to these scammers. Go to the FTC(dot)gov website and read up on scams so you don't fall for another one.
Then do your research on the various credit sites to find out what collection agencies are allowed to do and not allowed to do so you can't be scammed in the future.
