American Credit Solutions consumer rip-off fraud dishonest misleading tampa Florida

Just like many others, I recieved a card in the mail stating that I had a card waiting for activation. When I called about it, the person claimed that it was a visa platinum card, and the processing fee was $199.95.

I asked the sales person many times if this was visa, and manytimes she said yes. So I decided to go for it after she claimed that they could take it from my checking account at a later date. But before I gave her the information I ask again will this be visa, and again she said yes.

After a month later I called the 800 number, and it something about a package, and that got me filled up with a lot of questions. After I got through to talk to another sales rep. and this time ther man explained to me that it was all about, at this ponit I said what the other rep had told me, and that I was misreprated and ripped off, and that I wanted my money back. He said that he would file a complaint and that someone would get back to me.

They never did. Even after may inquiries, I still got nothing. So when I got this package, I felt that I was stuck so I thought I would order some gifts out of the catalog, for Christmas. When I called to inquire on where my order was out I got a rude woman telling that the order will not be mailed for 6-8 weeks. But on the order form it states no more than 2 weeks.

So the next day, I called again, and they said that they would place an inquiring form to the warehouse and to call back by 9 am my time on the friday. When I did I go a recording to write to another address. I have been ripped off, and I would like to know how I can get it back! To anyone who gets one of these cards from any company, just through it away! Don't be like me and loose money you can not afford to loose.
