I saw an advertisement on a job posting site stating that I could find jobs that pay $12 to $48 working for the government. Then there was the phone number to call the representatives. I thought it wouldn't hurt to call, a decision I soon regret making.

I spoke with a gentleman and he discussed what the company had to offer. Then he mentioned a fee of $69.95 plus $10 shipping and I should receive the package within 7 to 10 days.

A few hours later, I changed my mind and called the number to cancel my order. I asked if it was possible to cancel my order and the representative told me yes and took my information down. The following day, I get a phone call from a lady telling me that my order has been canceled and I would not be charged.

A week later, I decide to check my credit statement online and discover that they have indeed charge my card. I called and left a message requesting information as to what happened to my credit. The following day I get a call from another lady telling me that there was a note to cancel my order but it has yet to be processed.

Now I'm still waiting for the credit to appear on my statement and I'm just learning now that this company has many complaints against them according to the Better Business Bureau. I have submitted my complaint and plan to take further actions if this company does not give me the credit that they have promised me.

It's rather unfortunate that they chose a name of a company that also exists in Colorado. I do hope that the employees there are able to guide angry consumers to the true company that have taken their hard earned cash.

If you look up the company's name in the BBB's Website, you will learn that there are more than one company with that name but only one of them has 3 different addresses in California. You shall be able to find more answers there.

I would like to update others of my issue. As of today I have finally received my refund from the company. I can only hope that other victims are able to have their problems resolved too.
