When I first started receiving supplies from adw I was told the supplies would be of no cost to me.For years there wasn't a charge.Although they charged my insurance company bcbs outrageous amounts my carrier said they never saw such high numbers for these items.Of course my INS. Comp.only paid what was allowed.I just received a 400.dollar bill from adw .I called them and talked to the billing manager who informed me he had a letter in front of him stating my insurance never covered anything and they were fighting them to get there money.He gave me service dates he said were unpaid.I asked for the name or where the letter originated because I had info.from bcbs that these bills were paid .He then proceeded to back step and say he only had notes from someone else whose name he couldn't supply either.I spoke with the customer care manager and she said she had taken care of things that there was no bill but going forward there would be.I agreed ordered my sons MUCH needed insulin pump supplies adw knowing he needed these now said the order went through.Next day I got a message from cust.seer.supervisor that my insurance company no longer honors outside orders that you had to order from union pharmacy.This is untrue I can only get pump supplies from outside company.I called them back I needed these infusion sets for my son and was told that's what they were told .This is not true.I was promised phone calls back but never received them.I call and get voicemail .I feel an injustice has been done they did not stick to agreement and then I was lied to by the billing manager.This company needs to be investigated for practices I find wrong.
