It was one of the biggest hail storms in Madison, WI history. I had no idea that your son wasn’t the homeowner due to the fact that he appeared to be well over the age of 21 and was working on a vehicle in the driveway. I had asked if he wanted me to take a look to make sure his roof wasn’t damage. He gave me full consent and was outside the entire time of inspection.

After showing him close up what I saw he then stated he wasn’t the homeowner and that you wouldn’t be home till later. At which point I left him with the inspection report sheet with my name and phone number for you to contact me. I assumed he was the homeowner and for that I apologize. I was only trying to help, not create more stress to your day/week. I’m a very professional and honest person as our company is. I’ve helped hundreds of homeowners over the years.
