 American Dream Vacations Oklahoma City sends unsafe and faulty motor coach rentals out with unsuspecting customers. Two children were hurt as a result of the Owner sending out the coach with nails protruding out ( un nailed ) in 8 locations. One of the children was punctured deeply beneath the sb-dermal skin layer from shoulder blades to buttocks bleeding into shorts. several feet of wide heavy molding fell on another. The molding was glued and half nailed and the Owner knew of the problem. Previous damage to the coach (charged to another customer or insurance and never repared) FRAUD? was known by the owner and said it was fine there were no leaks in the coach...

Upon arrival our luggage was soaked in water and all clothing and personal computers ect were ruined. The coach ran "overheated" and the airconditioning did not work causing us to pay for motel rooms due to a new born baby on the coach.

Seating that was paid for to seat occupents were placed in the rear closet broken and unusable, we had to purchase folding chairs for unsafe seating.  The entry door was glued and came apart after taking off causing the door to not shut properly.

The owner was advised of all hazards and replied" your safty is not my problem" " I am in the bussiness to rent RV's not make sure every piece of equipment is in safe working order"!

We were advised by legal council to take action to compensate for medical bills, loss of personal items, and return of a 500.00 Deposit.   23 Pictures were taken for legal proof and the coach was signed in by this companyas "ACCEPTABLE" in all manor but will not return the Deposit.

Any one reading this post should inform the public of this companys operating practices. BEWARE
