American Education Services & Dept Of Education False Claims, Took income tax , stolen identity Harrisburg Pennsylvania

My income tax was taken from me for something I didn't do ir have and yet, I still get no answers from either agency in regards to this.

The Department of Education took 3,000 of my tax return, told me I went to school last year, the year before and defaulted on the loan. Before they even wanted to know my problem, they wanted me to update my address.

1) I was on the road the last 2 years as a over the road truck driver

2) They told me my address has been updated from an address that I have never lived at. I didn't even live in that town.

I explained this to the woman on the phone, she was rude, didn't want to hear anything that I was saying and told me if I wanted to appeal it, to find a lawyer and pay 5000 to get my 3000 back. I stated that it was non-sense and she said i wouldn't win anyway because they are the federal government and they can do whatever they wanted.

Then last week I get a letter from the American Education Services stating that they requested a suspend order from my offset that I never owed. 2 days later my state refund came in. Figuring they came to their senses I waited a week and then called them about my federal return.

They told me they requested the suspend order due to the fact that the payment for this year has been made, and that I will do this again next year if I do not tell them where it is I work so they can garnish my wages due to the fact that I am an independant contractor therefor pay taxes when I file begining of the year.

I explained that I didnt owe this and that I wanted to fax in my complaint, the man said you can try, but it won't work. He said ill " JUST HAVE TO LIVE WITH IT AGAIN NEXT YEAR " .

Is this how o'bama is going to run this country. Is it ok for the Govt to STEAL the average americans money to payback for something that the govt screwed up in the first place. If this is how this country is going to be ran, why in the world would someone want to try and live here.

I am so disgusted with this country and stealing my hard earned money and everything, I am not living in this crap country by choice. So for all of you out there who are going through this now, take some great advise .....

dont call anyone, dont try and fight it, dont do anything about it because they are the new government and they can do whatever they want. They know all we will do is shut up and live with it because trying to get a better life here is IMPOSSIBLE and going to another country that will treat you right is more of an IMPOSSIBLE task.

The govt is out to take it to the average hard working american. and they will get away with it and they know they will because they are the govt and they can do whatever it is they want and nobody will stop them....

this is the way we are leaving this country for our children... someone should start apologizing to the kids now and pray for forgivness because this country is as bad of a TOILET as iraq and the rest of the shithole 3rd world countries ....
