Well Well Well I guess I'm not the only person complaining about these people.  I have been payting on this loan since 2005.  My daughter was sent to boarding school that happen to turn out to be crooks and the folks up in Utah that had a system where they would escort your kid to this facility down in the West Indes.  Well of course they were paid off, later the school was abusing the kids and eventually was shut down, Tranquility Bay.  I kept paying the loan on time and paid them $10,000 back in 2005 or 2006 and again $6,000 back in 2010.  When the school shut down after so many parents sued by an Attorney in Texas, I filled out a Forgiveness Application to drop the loan because my daughter only stayed in the program at the school for a year when it was a 4 year program. But surprisingly was denied by these idots.  So I kept paying on the loan still and all of a sudden they found that I had somehow missed a back payment way back in 2012 and I wasn't even notified up until February of this year 2013.

I have a co-signer, sister, who really should not have been involved in this loan until someone defaults, but now due to one payment they are contacting all her creditors and calling like buch of idots which they are.  I CAN'T BELIEVE WE TAX PAYERS BAILED OUT THESE d**n BANKS AND THEY CAN'T FORGIVE ONE LOAN IN WHICH THE SCHOOL DOES NOT EXIST ANY LONGER.  MY ATTENTION IS TO ALL YOU FOLKS OUT THERE WHO NEED A LOAN.  PLEASE WHATEVER THE HELL YOU DO, DO NOT GO TO NATIONAL COLLEGIATE TRUST, UNDER THE REAL NAME OF BANK OF AMERICA (AMERICAN EDUCATION SERVICES}.  THEY ARE CROOKS, THEY DON'T CARE, AND I DON'T CARE BECAUSE BY POSTING THIS NOTICE TO ALL WILL GIVE EVERYONE  FAIR WARNING. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE FOR A LOAN.
