After spending over 2000.00 with AF in 2016, my bed frame began to have issues. The legs would bend, to the point of scraping and damaging the floor. Over a period of time the mattress started to sink in. I called the store and was put on hold,then another time told you will receive a callback... that never happened. This went on for a few weeks, so I drove to the store and spoke to a manager. He referred me to the third party they use to deliver the furniture. After leaving numerous messages with no reply, I contacted AF again. Of course it was weeks again of being left on hold or no callback. Finally I was given a number to speak with another manager who came out and took the frame apart and fixed the legs. This only took place after getting a phone # of a regional manager because the manager would not follow up. They also replaced the mattress. This did not last long and it happened again with another Fix and another replacement mattress. Well it happened a third time and after being given the runaround I went back to the store and demanded a refund and for them to come and get their crap! They only refunded the frame and again gave me a replacement mattress, stating the mattress was damaged by the bed frame and it should no longer be an issue. That was October 2017, and I started calling them again in June 2018 because this mattress is now sinking in the middle with a new bed frame that has no issues. My back is hurting and I now try to sleep close to the edge which is ridiculous. I stated I want a refund and was told to send pics and I can select a different mattress company other than Stewart&Hamilton. Well now after waiting for a month, they do not want their DRY ROTTED MATTRESS back and will not give me my money back of over 500.00. This company has an enormous amount of complaints on many websites. They are SCAM ARTIST that need to be dealt with!
