American Freight Warehouse Store manager Liars,sold our livingroom suite to someone else and left one on floor that had torwn places in the back.And tried to tell us when we came to pick it up that they told us it was torn,but they never men Chattanooga, Tennessee

My daughter and I went to american freight last week to buy her a reclining couch and loveseat.She found a black leather set,so we went up to talk to the people that worked there,including the manager.The manager told her that he didn't asually sell what had been on the floor,but that one had only been out a week.So my daughter went ahead and bought the furniture.So on sunday dec 30 my son in law went to pick the furniture up.The furniture that they tried to give them,had a tare in the couch.my son in law told the manager that wasn't what we paid for.The manager stated that was what she bought,well I know for a fact that wasn't what we paid for.So I called and spoke with the manager,he told me that she knew what she was getting.I told him that we didn't pay for sonething that had tares in it,so of course he argued with me that he had told us that it had been on the floor since oct which he did not,he didnt say anything about how long it had been on the floor the girl was the only one who even said anything about how long it had been there.We told them that we wanted her money back so she could find her something else,he flat refused said that he told her that she bought it"as is".We wasn't told anything like that.I really think that the way they have treated her in this situation is totally uncalled for!I bought my furniture there and have sent several people there to buy furniture.But I will never buy another thing there or will I ever tell anyone else about this place except that they are a bunch of liars.It should be against the law for you to take peoples money and not have there merchandise and it should be in a new condition,because that's what you pay for!My daughter should be given back her money!!!
