American Fresh Air SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!! redmond, Washington

Scam scam scam!  Called about the 49.99 ad I got in the mail. First off they were over 40 minutes late for the appointment, then when they showed up they were extremely rude.  All they did was vacuum the vents that are around the house while the another guy decided to try to sell me everything from $750 full-service program to $125 filter.  After he realize that I was not going to purchase any other services from them or their massively overpriced filter he became very rude. Then he turned to the two other men that were actually doing the work in the house and told them in Spanish to hurry up and get their stuff so they can finish and go. Little did he know I understand Spanish pretty well...... He left the house without opening defense back placing the furniture back in place that they had moved or cleaning any of their stuff up.

At this point I just wanted them to leave because I was extremely frustrated.  I called the 800 number to talk to a manager and explain to them how dissatisfied with their service I was.  He insisted on sending the people back to my house to fix what they had not finished but only after I told him that I would be posting some great reviews online about their company.  You didn't know I ask for them to not come back to the house there service technician showed back up and he asked me why I called his main office to complain about them.   I told him that I had already fixed what they did not do and ask him to leave my property.  He continued to argue with me multiple times and then said something to the effect of screw you military people.... "I served in my countries  army to" what he told me keep in mind is not from the US.  Taking that as a threat I told him to get off of my property before I call the police and he stood there and stared at me and challenging manner.
