I made and order to American Hardwood Flooring the last part of June 2004. However, to this date I have not received my wood. They are very smooth talkers when you call the number for inquires. Once they get your money, forget about any person-to-person communication.
Their web site is impressive. They appear very legitimate. However, I have yet to get an explanation of what is going on. Meanwhile, they have over $8,700.00 of my money.
They keep making false promises of when the order will be ready. The problem is that you cannot really talk to a real person if the fictions date comes and goes. For example, I dealt with a salesperson name Bob Harmon. Once the check was sent, that was the last I ever heard from him. When I call the secretary says he is not in that day and transfers you over to a recorded message.
In conclusion I would not recommend dealing with these people. They do not tell the truth. At this time I really don't know what is happening since I cannot get anybody to communicate with me. Knowing what I know now, I would STAY AWAY FROM AMERCAN HARDWOOD FLOORING/HARDWOODFLOORINGUSA.COM.

I work for a trucking co. and we delivered his wood flooring. I know American Hardwood flooring delivers a lot of wood but I remember this guy.
