American Hardwood Floors ripoff No delivery, No answer to inquiries on phone or internet Atlanta Georgia

Do you have any other information on these people? They seem to have disappeared and there are still alot of people waiting for their flooring to be delivered. Can you keep us updated if you do get in touch with the company? We need to know if we are getting our flooring!

I used to ship for this company and actually found them to be very prompt in paying us. The usually paid us via a wire transfer. The man that I knew to be in charge in San Diego office who did all the shipping was Bob Harmon. I also found him to be a man of his word. True, they did have their fair share of delays in getting hardwood out to people but I knew them to function with integrity in how they did business with us and I know for a fact that everyone I ever shipped to got their wood. I will say that they did have several employees come in and out of their door and frankly I think Bob had a very difficult time keeping good help. I last spoke with Bob about two weeks ago and at that time was traveling to China the following week to deal with their suppliers. This is most of what I know. If you have any questions respond to this rebuttal and I will try to answer any questions I can. I actually found out about these complaints because I have been trying to contact Bob about doing more shipping for them. I doubt that will happen now.
