american home pro inc I had a lifetime warranty on vinyl coating on exterior of home.some wood along the bottom of the house was replace and i was told that i would be protected from rotted wood and mold,afer 2 years i'm c san ramon, California

In October 2006 i contracted American Home Pro Inc to do some vinyl coating on the exterior of my home.The price was pretty steep but they offered a lifetime warranty against any rotten wood they replace and against mold and chipping or fading. They say that I would never have to paint. Well after a year I started getting mold. I tried reaching the company but at that all calls went unanswered or i was sent to a full mailbox. Now I'm faced with rotted wood that feels like paper. I still owe $11,000 and feel like i shouldn't have to pay for something i'm not getting.  need to know what my options are
