American Homes 4 Rent AH4R AH4R provided me horrible living conditions yet won't let me break lease Agoura Hills California

Please just everyone Google this company before you rent.  I wish I had.  Worst experience ever - they have put me and my family in dangerous situations based on the vendors that they have sent to my house (even sent without me knowing about it).  The local office has never replied to any of my emails noting the problems and my concerns. Horrible, horrible, situation.  Now I am stuck paying their high rent and I have gone without heat, I've had damage done to my house (documented) by a vendor who told me, after he damaged the property, that he was there but hadn't been authorized to do any work, and they are telling me I am responisible for it - if they agree to send a vendor out they imply that I will be responsible for the charge if they feel it's not their fault (i.e. broken garage door), etc.
