American Marketing Group Timeshare Sales AMG LLC took my one time fee of 1,697.00 and claimed to have a buyer and do advertising to sell it for me Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

I purchased  a timeshare and decided to sell it; I was contacted by American Marketing Group and they told me they would advertise/market it to find a buyer for it.They said there was a ONE TIME FEE OF 1,697.00 and I put it on my VISA credit card.When the contract arrived, I read #3 on it which stated 'ON AVERAGE AMG IS USUALLY ABLE TO MATCH BUYERS AND RENTERS WITH SELLERS IN APPROXIMATELY 3 MONTHS.SHOULD AMG NOT BE ABLE TO CLOSE ON THE UNIT WITHIN 4 MONTHS, THE FULL AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU AT CLOSING UPON REQUEST.yOUR UNIT WILL CONTINUE TO BE MARKETED UNTIL SUCH TIME THAT IT DOES SELL WITH NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU.PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 30 DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR REFUND.' 

NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AS STATED.....THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND THAT IS ALL.
