I ordered a monument for my mother's grave and paid $6395 or 75% deposit. It is a large monument. Their price is good as it would be double at local funeral homes. I worked with Joanne Brooks for the design for several months. She told me they need to order the stone from China and it will take 4 months. 4 months had passed, I tried to contact them but no reply. I then check their website and Google and found out their owner had died. IRS had sieged alll their monuments. What a mess? The owner die and they have to close their business right away. What a poor estate planning. Anyway, if you paid by credit card andwithin 180 days, file a chargeback now and hope your credit card can give you the money back. I hope my credit card can refund me the money even after 4 months.
