By the time I figured out how to cancel my membership here, it was a Saturday afternoon, after the post office was closed. Apparently you have to cancel through a third party, certified mail, 30 days prior. I went to the post office first thing Monday morning, 2 days after 30 day deadline bc of the weekend, and sent cancellation. Bc it was 2 days late they still charged me the full $100, would not give me a refund, and wouldn't even pro rate the 2 days. I know a contract is a contract but the fact they aren't even willing to work with people is really bad for business. I only went 2x. Needless to say I will steer as many people clear of here as I can.
