This company makes promises that they can help you reduce your mortgage payment.  THeir fee is $2000.00 up front.  They make the statement that it will take 90 to 180 days, but most likely in 60 to 90 days everything will be taken care of.  You have to provide more information than you do to get social security.  All of your financial records, bank statements, utility bills, pay stubs on a monthly basis.  Well, it has been 15 months since I paid them their money.  I have provided all information probably at least 12 times.  I have to ask them on a regular basis what's going on. I was told the first of June that everything was going fine and I should have everything done by end of June.  Here it is August, no respone from the, I emailed an am told that the modification will not go thru because my lender doesn't care how I get the money to pay them and doesn't care that my income has been cut in more that half and that I have spent most of my savings trying to keep up with my mortgage.  So if you want a mortgage reduction go directly to your lender, don't use this company, all they do is take your money and require you to send them copious amounts of paperwork and do nothing for you.  WHAT A HUGE RIPOFF of time and money.
