American Premium Warehouse - The Biling Resource ripoff voicemail charge on phone bill San Jose California

Hi,

here is another one - I have been charged for American Premium Warehouse voicemail without ever signing up!

Worse, AT&T, on whose bill this is charged, tell me they can't do anything about it. American Premium Warehouse in this case bills through 'The Billing Resource'. They don't answer my emails. Calling there yesterday, I had the voicemail 'our office hours are from 8am-8pm EST'. So I called at 3pm PST (6pm EST) today - only to hear the voicemail 'our office hours are from 8am-5pm EST'.

My main question is: How can we stop these people - not only for me, but from operating at all??? I've told AT&T that I don't understand why they would be willing to work with a fraudulent company. But that doesn't do the trick.

--> Contact your congressman?
--> Start a lawsuit?

What on earth can you do? I don't want to spend my precious time in endless phone calls, emails, etc.
