This company destroyed my Grandmothers antique china cabinet and refuses to reimburse us for it. We took pictures and did everything we were told to do by the delivery driver and filed our claim and they will not pay us for our loss.

Also a coupon that gives $100.00 off on their website was not honored. Also they charged us over $600.00 for tape and cardboard to wrap a couple of items from a two room condo move. We packed all the boxes ourselves. They used over $600.00 to wrap a couple of things like my china cabinet and it did no good, it was in pieces when it arrived.

The delivery driver told us he knew it was broken when he picked it up and told the salesmen. The salesmen told the driver, and I quote, "f--- them, deliver it like it is". Very dishonest , disreputable company.
