American Satellite Inc of California AmSat.. Dish Networks fraud, deception liars san diego, California

I recently switched from Direct tv to Dish Networks.  I called 1-800-thedish andwent on loine to find the best deal.  The party I was speaking to only represented himself as Dish Net and not a third party provider. he managed to charge my debit card for $49.99 but promised they(Dish) would credit $25.00 per month for the first 2 months. they also promised me the same programming as I had with Direct for $39.99 per month for 6 months then $74.00 per month. which is a lot less than $92.00 per month I was paying for Direct tv.  When I received my first bill, for $131.55 I called Dish about it and told them the credit for my advanced payment did not show up.

They told me they don't charge a setup fee and they couldn't give me credit when they didn't receive the money.  I told them also that the programming did not match up with what I had and was promised that and much more for less.  They, the real Dish Networks gave me the additional programming i was promised for free and advised me to try to resolve the charges for $49.99 with American Satellite.

After numerious calls and them promising to listen to the recorded tape and get back to me, I amd still waiting and I'm still out the $49.99, because I had given them a debit Visa account number and now I am trying to get my bank to reverse the charges, over a month later.

They are very deceptive and fraudulent the way they do business.  The next letter goes to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General in California.
