I managed the complete day to day operation from meeting and exceeding profitable sales goals to ensuring satisfactory customer service. Other duties included budget submissions and execution, scheduling, and human resource functions. Responsible for the complete restructuring of the sales force while implementing a sales training program that emphasized sales techniques that focused on exceeding customer expectations. The result was an increase in revenue of $12.9 million USD in 2009-2010 a 400% increase from 2008. Through my leadership, grew the sales force from 20 employees to over 100. I worked closely with DISH Network executives to introduce a compliance program that increased customer satisfaction by 30%, this reduced churn with out affecting cost per sale or productivity.
